Legionella control system, The Midlands UK

NEM Asked to Exhibit at WRC Innovaton Day NEM, along with our partners DN Enviro, have been asked to exhibit at the WRC Innovation Day. The 2014 day is aimed at delivering value to clients through innovation and attracts around 300 senior decision makers.

Aquadron system installed at The University of Liverpool New Energy Management are pleased to announce that we have just completed the installation of an Aquadron system at Wood Park Farm, the commercial dairy farm that The University of Liverpool operates. The system is being run as part of the Universities association with the Tesco Sustainable Dairy Group and is part of a study to assess methods reducing bovine digital dermatitis, which is a bacterial condition thought to affect around 70% of UK herds.

Building Regulations Part L - 9% energy reduction The UK Government has announced the changes to Part L of the Building Regulations focusing on the energy efficiency in new homes and non-domestic buildings. This has been in consultation for a long time and was welcomed with mixed views.

99.999% of Legionella bacteria killed after just five minutes exposure New Energy Management is pleased to announce that independent testing undertaken by the Antimicrobials Research Group at the University of Birmingham has shown Anolyte to be a highly effective biocide. The assessment concluded that New Energy Management Anolyte “was able to rapidly kill large populations of all bacteria tested in water at the working concentration. Within a 5 min exposure greater than 5-log (99.999%) reductions in viable numbers of all bacteria tested was seen.”
